Constellation engineering · instrument grade
Design the constellation.
Prove it. Fly it.
varaha.space builds decision-grade software for satellite constellation engineering — carrying propagation, coverage analysis and RF link budgets in a single environment, with every result traceable to a published reference model.
Deterministic and reproducible · validated against Vallado, Montenbruck & Gill and Battin · CCSDS, SP3, NORAD and ITU-R native
Solutions
Built for the mission you fly.
From a first board deck to an operational fleet, the Varaha suite is put to work behind the mission — one engine and one audit trail, whatever you are flying.
New-space startups
Size a constellation and defend the CAPEX before your first board meeting — trade coverage against cost in an afternoon.
Earth observation
Design revisit, coverage and access for imaging missions against true pushbroom and conical sensor footprints.
Satellite communications
Close Ka and Ku links with the full ITU-R atmosphere and guarantee availability with site diversity.
Fleet operations
Reconcile the as-flown catalog to the design and generate ranked recovery plans when a satellite goes dark.
Mission design & assurance
Take a mission from requirements to a defensible design and export CCSDS products the primes already accept.
Research & education
Citeable models with stated assumptions and byte-identical, reproducible results.
Flagship product
Varaha Constellation Designer
Varaha is built for the moment a reviewer asks where a number came from — synthesis, propagation, coverage, link budgets, economics and resilience in one auditable environment, every result traceable to its source.

Why Varaha
Defend the design review with confidence
A design is only as strong as the questions it can answer under scrutiny. Varaha is engineered so every result is traceable, reproducible and clear about its own limits — so you walk into the review with the evidence already in hand.
Full traceability
Every result carries an audit trail of the exact forces, models and assumptions that produced it — each referenced to a published source such as Vallado, Montenbruck & Gill, Battin or the ITU-R P-series — with its accuracy bounds stated explicitly.
Deterministic and reproducible
Runs are order-preserving and stochastic studies are seeded. Two teams on two machines reproduce identical results — reviewable, comparable and repeatable months after the work is done.
Standards-native
Outputs conform to CCSDS, SP3, NORAD and ITU-R by specification, and the system itself enforces units and reference frames — so results integrate cleanly and hold up under review.
